Major Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Provide support and service to customers and sales person
• Build and maintain relationship with customers
• Identify technical issues from customers for solutions
• Achieve defined objectives set by the management
• Help partner companies to validate their product, solutions, or service
• Assist customers in the operation of their products and organize support for problem they may have, providing the best solutions in each customer.
• Answering questions from customer and prospective customer about the features of products.
• To attend meeting with customer for technical issues.

Desired Candidates Qualifications:-

• Bachelor Degree in Sanitary Science/ Environmental Engineering /Micro biology or related courses
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in water related industrial sales and technical preferably in specialty and/or other chemical product
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Highly independent, self-motivated, result-oriented person
• Good computer skill, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Proficiency in English communication (written and oral)
• Having own transportation with a valid driving license 
• Willing to work out door and able to travel
